Most mills are open to the public and in full operation when the wind is favourable. Here you will experience the impressive power of the wind and the wooden machinery. The miller and his staff are happy to tell you everything you want to know about the production process. Due to corona measures, not all mills are open.
At the museum, you will experience the history and significance of mills, as a world-class Dutch heritage. This story covers over three centuries of Zaanse industrial mills. A visit to the Mill Museum is a journey through time for young and old. A multimedia voyage of discovery in which all the senses are stimulated.

- March – September: daily from 10.00 to 17.00
October – February: Tuesday to Sunday, 12.00 to 17.00
Prices
- Groups from: € 10,00
- Explanatory price: Youths 13-17 and 60+: €3 per person. Admission is free for museum card holders and Zaanse Molen members. Guided tours for groups of 10 people or more are possible by appointment.
