We request personal data only to the extent necessary. We process your personal data for the following purposes:

- to send newsletters;
- to send invitations to our activities;
- for general or targeted offers.
We only process personal data necessary for these purposes. Stichting Marketing Zaanstreek never sells your personal data to third parties.
Your rights
We only process the personal data you have entered. Would you like to know which personal data we have processed? If so, please send an e-mail to info@zaanstreek.nl with a request to inspect your data. You will receive a response to the request within four weeks at the latest.
Are your personal data incorrect, incomplete, irrelevant to the purposes for which they have been processed or otherwise in breach of the Personal Data Protection Act or other legislation? If so, you are entitled to have your personal data corrected. Correction includes improvement, addition, deletion or blocking of your personal data. Please send a request to info@zaanstreek.nl.
We leave personal data to Mailchimp to send out newsletters, we only do this if you have signed yourself up for this. Of course, you have the right to terminate this. You can unsubscribe yourself from the newsletters using the link at the bottom of each newsletter or by sending an e-mail to zaanstreekzaans.nl/en requesting unsubscription.
Security
Personal data is personal and must remain personal. It is just as important to us as it is to you that personal data does not end up on the street or are processed unlawfully. That is why we apply all possible technical and organisational measures to process your personal data securely. The websites managed by Marketing Zaanstreek use a reliable SSL Certificate to ensure that your personal data do not fall into the wrong hands.

Mapping website visits

Marketing Zaanstreek uses Google Analytics to track how users use the website and how effective MarkeZaanstreekZaans's Adwords ads are on Google search result pages. MarkeZaanstreekZaans has no influence on this. Zaanstreekting Zaans has not given Google permission to use Analytics information obtained through us for other Google services.
Retention of personal data
We do not retain your personal data for longer than strictly necessary for the fulfilment of the purposes. If legal requirements apply to retention, personal data will not be kept longer than legally required.
