Of course, you can also have lunch or dinner at De Hoop op d'Swarte Walvis , in almost any way you like, but always very good. After the meeting, you can always visit the very atmospheric bar 'Het Vleethuis', which can also be used exclusively if desired. In fine weather, the various terraces offer an ideal place for a heerlijk aperitif. Screens, beamers and a wireless headset microphone are available for meetings and presentations.

Anno 2018, we have chosen a different format for our menu. Less traditional ('before, main, after'), but mainly choosing from delicious stand-alone dishes. Here, on the one hand, we place more emphasis on regional products, sufficiently present in this region, and on the other, we have opted for a more worldly approach in flavours and accents. Near and far. Not coincidentally, this fits well into the historical framework of the Zaan region, when goods were brought in and processed from all corners of the world using ships built here.
