Het Baaiegat is a beautifully situated and quiet naturist beach. The beach is located on a peninsula and can be reached via a small bridge. Here you will find many good spots for heerlijk . Want to get sporty? You can, because Het Baaiegat has a volleyball court and a boules court. Do bring your own sandwiches and drinks, as there are no catering facilities at Het Baaiegat. There is a public toilet for urgent needs.
The Baaiegat slopes gradually and the shallow part is separated by a ball line. There is no supervision in and on the water, so you have to watch yourself.
It is good to know that barbecuing is not allowed at Het Baaiegat and dogs are not allowed. Barbecuing is allowed at the day campsites in Het Twiske.

The province of North Holland monitors the hygiene and safety of the official swimming areas from 1 May to 1 October. If a warning or a ban on swimming is required, it is announced on the beach with a sign.
